Directions
From Powers, drive south of Forest Service Road 33 until reaching Forest Service Road 3348 (approximately 17 miles from Powers). Drive for another 22 miles on this winding road to the trailhead on the right side of the road.Trail Description
The Mt. Bolivar Trail climbs almost 1200 feet in a 1.5 miles, but the ascent is steady, and the views amazing. The summit of this peak is mainly meadow, giving great views of the Rogue River Valley, as well as the rolling hills of the Oregon Coast Range, and the Siskiyous to the south.
