Hikes in Coast BC

Hello, I will hopefully be heading up to British Columbia and was wondering if anyone knows of any good hikes either on Vancouver Island, or in the Coast Range Mountains...
I ran across this site one time, looks interesting and they have a couple good looking hikes listed:

Not that I know too much about it, but from what I hear, the West Coast Trail on Vancouver Island is supposed to be spectacular.
I'm not sure, but I remember looking at the book "Don't Waste Your Time in the BC Coast Mountains", which looks like it may have what your looking for...
