Has anyone tried using those camel-back water backpack things under their pack? It sounds like a good way to carry water and get to it in a hurry. I wasn't sure if it might get squished under the weight of the pack. Just wondering.
I put mine inside my pack, which has a little hole for the tube and an internal pocket for the water. I think it is a necessity. I would never drink enough water if I did not use it.
I've never had a problem with mine either, and I stuff and strap my bag down pretty hard. My only small complaint about mine is the plasticy flavor, but most of the time its unnoticeable.
Yeah, I've used them, they work well. I've never had problems with them leaking, and it's really nice not have to stop and get out my water bottle. I would recommend them.
