Directions:

From the White River Entrance Station on the Northeast Corner of Mt. Ranier National Park, drive five miles west until reaching the White River Campground. The trailhead is located at the far end of the campground.

Trail Description:

Trail leading to Glacier Basin, a cirque below the Inter Glacier on the Northeast face of Mt. Ranier. This area is a popular access point for those climbing Mt. Ranier so you can expect company during climbing season. One mile from the trailhead, a half-mile side-trail leads to an overlook of the Emmons Glacier.
